• How much does shipping cost?

  We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select $10 Faster Shipping (3-5 business days) for domestic orders shipping at checkout.  

• When will I receive my order?

Faster Shipping: 3-5 business days

If you are International, your order will arrive in your country of destination within 2-3 business days. However, once it has arrived it may be stuck in customs for an unknown amount of time.

• What’s your return policy?

If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@dfpetco.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond you.

• What about exchanges？

Exchanges are easy ! Any unused or unworn items can be exchanged within 30 days, just email us at help@dfpetco.com.

• How can I change my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email help@dfpetco.com

• Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if we're able to catch it in time, we can update your order! As soon as possible, please reach out to help@dfpetco.com 

• How can I check the status of my order?

Tail wagging in anticipation? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to help@dfpetco.com 

• What payment methods does DF PET accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all other major debit and credit cards. We unfortunately do not accept traveler’s checks.

3.  What size would be better for X breed pup that’s Y months old?

We recommend measuring your existing collar to figure out the best size for your pup. Because the collar is designed to slip over your dog's head, be sure to add some length so it's still comfortable to slip on.
